If you have Hepatitis C, Vitamins A, D, E and K can worsen your liver disease. Hepatitis C patients should not take Vitamin K supplements and also avoid Vitamin D doses which are greater than 2000 IU. If Vitamin D is taken in high doses, it can make the blood thin, so they should also not take more than 400 IU. Hence, it is necessary to avoid these vitamins in high doses when you have Hepatitis C.
