Frozen vegetables and fruits are more or less same as fresh vegetables and fruits. They are storehouse of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients which are vital for the healthy living of each and every person.

Vitamin A: It is vital for good eyesight and to resist infections in the body. Some of the fruits and vegetables which contain vitamin A are grapes, tomato, cabbage, carrot, water melon, apricots, mango, sweet potato, apricots etc.

Vitamin C: High volume of vitamin C is found in fruits and vegetables such as cauliflower, onion, cabbage, beans, gooseberries, lemon, apricots, orange, broccoli.

Vitamin E: Vitamin E is a good antioxidant like vitamin A. It is found in fruits and vegetables like spinach, vegetable oil, rice, egg, nuts, egg, asparagus, soybean, bananas, corn, blackberries.
