- Vitamin B Complex: Vitamin B to a great extent influences proper blood circulation. Eggs, soy products, carrots, peas, bran, cauliflower are good sources of the vitamin.
- Inositol: This helps stop thinning of hair in males. Vegetables, nuts, raisins, wheat germs are good sources of Inositol.
