Menopause is the most crucial phase in a woman’s life and experiences a lot of hormonal imbalance. - Vitamin A: This vitamin plays a vital role in maintaining good health of skin and eyes. Low levels of Vitamin A contribute to age related skin problems as well as heavy menstrual bleeding. Try to include foods like spinach, carrots, sweet potato, turnips, etc. in your diet.
