Types Of Vitamins
Our body is created in a beautiful way, and is also blessed with different nurturing mechanisms. In order to nurture the body, the body needs a lot of vitamin intake.
The food that goes in the body is stored in two different forms
Fat-soluble and Water soluble vitamins.
Vitamins A, D, E, and K are all fat-soluble vitamins:
These vitamins are stored in the form of fat in the body. Some stay for a few days whereas some stay for up to 6 months in the body. They are used only when the body has a need for it. They are carried to the different parts of the body only when there is a need.
Vitamins C, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), niacin, B6 (pyridoxine), folic acid, B12 (cobalamine), biotin, and pantothenic acid are all water soluble vitamins:
These vitamins are very differently used. They are not stored in the body, but are used y the body everyday. They travel through the body and are used by the different parts of the body and what is not used is thrown out f the body through urine. These vitamins need to be replenished everyday. Not taking in them everyday causes deficiency.
These are important points one should know, and based on this one can take in the required vitamins and prevent the body from suffering from deficiency.
