Insomnia is a condition wherein individuals find it very difficult to sleep, they wake up in the middle of the night and are unable to sleep later on. Also, they find it difficult to sleep for long.

Magnesium: Magnesium deficiency leads to nervousness and restlessness. So taking in a diet rich in magnesium is very helpful.
