Body odor sometimes is also caused due to vitamin deficiency in the body. Sufficient intake of the following vitamins will help deal with body odor.  The vitamins that are important and which should be consumed in balanced proportions are

Vitamin B3 and B6: Sufficient intake of these vitamins helps control the production of sweat to a great extent. Eating food rich in these vitamin sources will be very useful some foods you can personalize and include in your diet are eggs, bananas, lentils, potatoes and tuna.

Vitamin E: Helps in the regeneration of skin, ensuring a healthy skin all the time. This will prevent bacteria from sticking to your skin and causing a bad odor. Consuming food rich in Vitamin E like peaches, apricots, tomatoes and almonds will be very good.
